What this covers

This policy explains how Evermax handles information when you visit this website, book a call or send us a quote request. It covers this website only. Any client project is covered by its own written agreement.

What we collect

• Details you choose to send in the quote request form: your name, email address, company (optional), a description of what you need, an optional budget range, and your timeline.
• If you book an intro call: the details you enter in the booking calendar, such as your name, email address, the time you choose and any answers you give.
• Standard technical logs kept by our hosting provider to run and secure the site, such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of each request.

We don’t use analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and we don’t ask you to create an account. Our own pages don’t set cookies. The booking calendar is provided by Calendly, which sets its own cookies when it loads, as described in its privacy and cookie notices.

Why we collect it

We use what you send us to reply to you, hold the call you booked and prepare a quote. We use technical logs only to keep the site running, secure and free of abuse. We don’t use your information for anything else, and we never sell it.

Who else handles it

The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes server logs as our hosting provider. The booking calendar is provided by Calendly, which collects your booking details on our behalf and handles them under Calendly’s privacy notice. When the quote form is open, your request is passed to us through an email or messaging service so we can read and answer it. We share information only with providers that help us run the site or deliver your request, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep booking details and quote requests only as long as we need them for your inquiry, or for the engagement if you become a client. After that, we delete them. Server logs are kept by our host for a limited period under its own retention settings.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. To make a request, contact us through the quote request form on this site and tell us what you’d like us to do. We’ll reply by email.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, for example by adding analytics, we’ll update this page first and change the date at the top.
